Krames StayWell Receives Top Accolades from Clients—Annual Survey Reveals Exceptional Client Satisfaction
Evanston, IL, August 6, 2009 – Custom health communications company Krames StayWell (KSW), a division of MediMedia USA, has received top marks from its clients in its annual client satisfaction survey.
KSW conducted the survey with its print client base to gauge satisfaction in a number of areas, including product, design, custom writing, and value of investment. As a result, 98% report being satisfied with KSW overall, including 72% who say they are very satisfied.
The survey also revealed clients are very satisfied or satisfied with:
- The quality of the final printed product (98%)
- The flexibility of the publication schedule (98%)
- The level of team interaction (98%)
