Krames StayWell Wins 2011 Calendar Design Contest Sponsored By Society For Healthcare Strategy & Market Development
EVANSTON, IL August 30, 2010 – Custom health communications company Krames StayWell (KSW), a division of MediMedia USA, has been honored for the second consecutive year by the Society for Healthcare Strategy & Market Development (SHSMD) as the winner of its 2011 calendar design contest. KSW’s distinctive calendar design was chosen by SHSMD members to be used for the 2011 Calendar of Health Observances & Recognition Days.
The 2011 calendar is designed to help health care marketing professionals plan for the many important health-related days, weeks, and months throughout the coming year. It features dates and descriptions of more than 250 health observances.
“Being chosen by SHSMD’s members two years in a row is a true honor and speaks to the tremendous talent of our design team,” said Krames StayWell president and CEO Trent Sterling. “Providing world class design is at the core of what we do for our clients so we’re very pleased that our design talent has been recognized again by the members of this important organization.”
A beautiful photograph kicks off each calendar month and sets the color theme for the accompanying health observances listing – 54 pages in all. Krames StayWell was able to utilize photos from its expansive library of more than 100,000 images.
The Society for Healthcare Strategy & Market Development is the premier organization for healthcare professionals responsible for strategy development and implementation in a wide array of healthcare organizations.
“We’re pleased to provide the 2011 calendar to SHSMD members, just one example of SHSMD’s continuing commitment to providing a practical, timely resource to members and we congratulate Krames StayWell on submitting the winning design for this prestigious project two years running,” said Society for Healthcare Strategy & Market Development’s Marketing Communications Specialist Emily McCracken.
