EVANSTON, IL December 8, 2008 — Custom print and electronic health publisher Krames StayWell (KSW), a division of MediMedia USA, has been honored by the distinguished MarCom Awards and eHealthcare Leadership Awards. Between the two awards programs, KSW's clients were recognized 27 times in the Platinum, Gold, Silver, Distinction, and Honorable Mention categories.

MarCom Awards is an international competition for marketing and communication professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of marketing and communication programs and print, visual and audio materials. The competition has grown to perhaps the largest of its kind in the world.

MarCom Awards is administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals. The international organization consists of several thousand marketing, communication, advertising, public relations, media production and free-lance professionals.

Those who received a Gold award from the MarCom program include St. Luke's Hospital, Children's hospital in Omaha, Montefiore, Costco, BlueCross BlueShield of Nebraska, BlueCross of NE Pennsylvania, McKesson Corporation, Good Samaritan Hospital, Palo Alto Medical Foundation, Mercy Health Plans, and Creighton University Medical Center — St. Joseph Hospital.

The eHealthcare Leadership Awards program exclusively recognizes the very best Web sites of healthcare providers, health plans, healthcare associations, online health companies, pharmaceutical/medical equipment firms, suppliers, other healthcare organizations, and business improvement initiatives. These awards highlight the Internet's role in achieving an organization's business objectives and recognize the hard work that has gone into creating outstanding health Web sites.

Several KSW clients received eHealthcare Leadership Awards, including a Gold Award for BF&M Insurance Group in the category of Best Health/Healthcare Content and HealthPlus of Michigan received Distinction for the Best Overall Internet Site.

"Our clients partner with us because of the high caliber products we produce. These awards exemplify our commitment to that partnership and underscore our passion for delivering on our brand promise," said Krames StayWell president and CEO Trent Sterling.
